This practice explores how we can enter back into resonance within as well as with nature and the world around us. Using the breath, fluid & organic movement, yielding and awareness, we find our way back into harmony.
When it really matters, we need to go deeper. Go deeper in our practice, build our strength and resilience, form our connections and stability, prioritise self-care, gain more clarity, and listen harder.
This 6 course series will focus on stretching, linked movement and mind/body inquiry of 5 lines of fascia in our bodies to assist with chronic pain, realignment, and sensory clarity.
