This 4-part Yoga series is designed to help you with your anxiety. You will learn tools and techniques you can apply any time throughout your day, not just at the Yoga studio. We will practice grounding and centering, gentle movement, mindful breathing, tapping and self-massage, guided relaxations. The intention is to release some of the physical tension in the body, to calm the mind and to regulate the nervous system.
